I provide professional real estate photography for homes, cabins, and properties throughout Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, Genoa). My approach balances precision with warmth—highlighting layout, light, and flow while preserving the feeling of the space. Since 2014, I’ve photographed a wide range of properties, from cozy mountain cabins to luxury lake front homes. Every shoot is approached with care, ensuring the images feel inviting, accurate, and visually refined. I will occasionally travel outside of the region for the right job so do not hesitate to ask.

How long does a real estate shoot take?
Most homes take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on size and which add on services are ordered.
What add on options do you offer?
In addition to standard photos, I offer floorplans, virtual staging, basic walkthrough video, a wide variety of special editing - including, but not limited to: virtual twighlights, sky replacement, season changes, lawn replacement, tv images, fire in fireplace, and blemish removal/repair.
When will I receive my photos?
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours after the shoot.
Do you work with realtors and homeowners?
Yes. I work with real estate agents, homeowners, property managers, and builders.
Do you shoot homes outside of Lake Tahoe?
Yes, I shoot all areas of Lake Tahoe, as well as Truckee, Kirkwood, Twin Bridges, Reno, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, and Genoa. I am open to traveling further for the right job or for multiple shoots on the same day so feel free to contact me.
Do you offer Real Estate video?
While I prefer to stay in my lane and provide exceptional photography, I do offer basic walkthrough video. If you have a need for something more creative and high quality, I have a videographer that I will collaborate with to meet your needs.
