How long does a vacation rental shoot take?

VHR shoot times can vary quite a bit depending on which services are ordered and the size of the home. Smaller shoots can take as little as 1 hour, whereas larger homes with full lifestyle shoots can take up to 6 hours and may even require multiple sessions.

What add on options do you offer?

In addition to the standard wide angle and tighter, more intimate photos, I offer: lifestyle shoots with models, photos of surrounding area/neighborhood, stock photos relevant to your listing, floorplans, basic walkthrough video, a wide variety of special editing - including but not limited to virtual twilights, sky replacement, season changes, lawn replacement, tv images, fire in fireplace, blemish removal/repair.

Do you shoot scenery or local businesses close to the property?

Yes, we can discuss which local beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, ski resorts, etc. would help fill out your Airbnb listing and put together a plan based on your budget. Additionally, I may already have stock images available for purchase that are relevant to your location.

What’s your turnaround time?

Smaller shoots with fewer add on services are usually ready within 24-48 hours. Larger shoots with several add on services can take 4-5 days or even longer, especially for a lifestyle shoot w/ models.

Do you shoot homes outside of Lake Tahoe?

Yes, I shoot all areas of Lake Tahoe, as well as Truckee, Kirkwood, Twin Bridges, Reno, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, and Genoa. Additionally, I am open to traveling near and far for the right job and may even consider a stay at your property as trade or partial credit toward your invoice.
